REGULAR PRICED ITEMS

All returns require FAB5Clothing authorization. Accessories and bodysuits are non-refundable. They are final sale. There are absolutely no expectations to this rule. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and original tags must be on the merchandise. Returns made within 10 days of the order shipment date will be issued a full refund in the original form of payment excluding shipping charges. Return postage paid by sender. 

SALE PRICED ITEMS

All sale priced items are final sale. There are absolutely no expectations to this rule. Please e-mail us with sizing questions prior to ordering as we will not be able to make any exchanges or accept any returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are bodysuits and accessories.

Additional non-returnable items: GIFT CARDS
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@fab5clothing.com.

HOW TO SUBMIT & SEND IN YOUR RETURN

To return & ship an item back to FAB5Clothing please:

  1. Complete return authorization form below.

  2. Allow 48 hours for authorization and a FAB5 representative will contact you via e-mail.

  3. Print e-mailed authorization packing slip.

  4. Pack your item and authorization packing slip into a return bag/cardboard box.

  5. Mail your package to:
